A refundable hire deposit is required for the hire of all chair covers,bows, vases, candelabra, bay trees, mirrors, crystals, tea lights, pedestals etc, and is returned on the safe, undamaged return of all items hired. Items lost, broken, stolen are charged to the customer at their replacement value.
Items not returned / collected within time given ( 24 hours) are charged at their daily hire rate. If the refundable hire deposit paid does not fully cover the cost of items needing to be replaced the bride/ groom will be invoiced for the full amount outstanding to replace goods , payment will be required in full within 7 days of the wedding date.
Prices quoted above are only valid if the full order is required, if your order is reduced / changed individual costs may increase and delivery charges incurred. At The Wild Bunch we are dedicated to providing quality floral service using freshest stock available, however we will substitute certain flowers/ foliage ,containers etc, on the day if quality can not be guaranteed. Flower varieties are seasonal and your chosen flower may not be available on the day, we will endeavour to keep the substitute flower/ foliage as close to your choice as possible. Your date will be held for 21 days from your consultation , if confirmation is not received within this time then the date may no longer be available and prices quoted will not be guaranteed. Full payment is required 21 days prior to your wedding. The booking fee is non refundable.
